Medics are on standby on the set of the Twilight movies, to help fans overcome by the sight of their idols.
The vampire franchise has whipped teenagers into a frenzy, particularly over hunky stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
And Lautner admits some devotees can't control their emotions.
He tells Interview magazine, "We've met many different fans: the criers, who come around quite often; the hyperventilators, who stop breathing and have to have a medic come.
"We've definitely seen some passion."
Production on the third movie in the franchise, Eclipse, got underway in Vancover earlier this month with stars Pattinson, Lautner and Kristen Stewart all returning to their roles.
New Moon will hit cinemas in November, a year after Twilight was released. It's expected that Eclipse will be released in the summer of next year.
Twilight, which is based on Stephenie meyer's popular novels, shot the likes of Pattinson and Stewart to stardom as they took on the roles of lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
New Moon will follow their separation and Bella's growing relationship with Jacob Black (Lautner).
