Disney Star Henrie Cited Over Shopping Centre Fight

Wizards Of Waverly Place Star David Henrie was detained by police in Los Angeles on Thursday night (15Apr10) after allegedly attempting to start a fight at a shopping centre.

The 20 year old, who stars in the Disney show alongside Selena Gomez, was enjoying a night out at Universal CityWalk with his 16-year-old brother Lorenzo, when the pair became embroiled in a dispute with an unnamed person.

Cops intervened and the actor and his sibling were both taken into custody and cited for a misdemeanour offence of challenging a person to a fight.

The pair was handed over to their father on Friday morning (16Apr10), according to TMZ.com.
