Hitting cinemas across the UK next month, Atomic Blonde is the brand new action-thriller starring Charlize Theron in the leading role as Agent Lorraine Broughton. Described as “the crown jewel of Her Majesty’s Secret Intelligence Service”, Agent Broughton is a lethal assassin who’s sent into a city simmering with double-crossing, betrayal and revolution. In Atomic Blonde, viewers will see Agent Broughton sent alone to Berlin, tasked with delivering a priceless dossier out of the city and unexpectedly partnering with embedded station chief, David Percival (James McAvoy), navigating her way through her deadliest game of spies to-date.
Directed by David Leitch (John Wick, Deadpool 2), the film also stars John Goodman, Til Schweiger, Eddie Marsan, Sofia Boutella and Toby Jones, and is based on a screenplay by Kurt Johnstad, based on the Oni Press graphic novel The Coldest City by Antony Johnston and illustrator Sam Hart.
