Gary Oldman and Shia LaBeouf are to team up for new thriller Man Down.
Variety have reported that Dito Montiel is on board to direct the movie as he reunites with LeBeouf.
Montiel worked with the actor when he made his feature film directorial debut with A Guide To Recognising Your Saints.
The movie will follow an Afghanistan veteran who is desperately searching for his family in a post-apocalyptic America.
During his search, we will see this character who is haunted by his past, come to terms with it.
Actress Kate Mara will also join Oldman and Labeouf on the cast list.
Filming is set to get underway on the film at the end of October in New Orleans.
Oldman has been enjoying success this summer in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes - which has topped both the U.S. and UK box office.
LeBeouf will be back on the big screen this autumn as he stars alongside Brad Pitt and Logan Lerman in World War II movie Fury.
