Pan is a movie that we have really been looking forward to at FemaleFirst as we are huge fans of director Joe Wright.
Wright has brought us movies such as Pride & Prejudice, Atonement and The Soloist during his career and now he is back with a new take on the Peter Pan story that we know so well.
Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara, and Levi Miller take on the roles of Blackbeard, Hook, Tiger Lily and Peter Pan and they all take centre stage in this terrific new poster:
We are not use to see Jackman play the villain and I can't wait to see him in action as Blackbeard - he really as undergone quite the transformation for this role.
Pan boasts a version of Hook that we have never seen before while we will be introduced to the acting talents of Miller in the lead role.
While Miller has worked on a couple of other projects in the past, Pan is his first major lead role in a movie.
Cara Delevingne, Amanda Seyfried, Nonso Anozie, and Paul Kaye complete this terrific and exciting cast list.
Offering a new take on the origin of the classic characters created by J.M. Barrie, the action adventure follows the story of an orphan who is spirited away to the magical Neverland. There, he finds both fun and dangers, and ultimately discovers his destiny... to become the hero who will be forever known as Peter Pan.
Pan is released 16th October.
