Following the titular character Ingrid Thorburn (Aubrey Plaza), Ingrid Goes West will see the mentally unstable youngster become obsessed with social media influencer Taylor Sloane (Elizabeth Olsen). Dropping everything to move to the West Coast and befriend Taylor in real life, Ingrid’s behaviour becomes increasingly worrying and dangerous, putting everybody around her at risk.
Receiving its UK premiere on Saturday, October 7 at the BFI London Film Festival, a brand new trailer for the film has been unveiled this week, which you can check out below:
O’Shea Jackson Jr., Wyatt Russell and Billy Magnussen also star in the film, written and directed by Matt Spicer with David Branson Smith co-writing.
Ingrid Goes West will be released in cinemas across the UK on November 17, 2017.
