Youth is set to hit the big screen at the end of the week and we have a great new clip for you to take a look at.

Youth

We have already shared two great moments from the film with you this week but this latest clip features Michael Caine and Harvey Keitel as they team up to take on the roles of Fred Ballinger and Mick Boyle.

It is great to see two fine actors sharing the screen together - check it out:

Youth sees Paolo Sorrentino back in the director's chair for what is his first feature film since The Great Beauty back in 2013. As well as being in the director's chair, Sorrentino has also penned the film's touching screenplay.

I am a huge fan of Caine and it is always great to see him back in a leading role. A wonderful cast has been assembled around him as Keitel, Paul Dano, Rachel Weisz, and Jane Fonda are all also on board.

Springtime. Fred (Caine) and Mick (Keitel), two old friends now approaching eighty, are on vacation together in an elegant hotel at the foot of the Alps. Fred, a composer and conductor, is now retired. Mick, a film director, is still working.

The two friends know that their time is quickly running out, and they decide to face their future together. They look with curiosity and tenderness on their children's confused lives, Mick's enthusiastic young writers, and the other hotel guests, all of whom, it seems, have all the time that they lack.

And while Mick scrambles to finish the screenplay for what he imagines will be his last important film, Fred, who gave up his musical career long ago, has no intention of returning to it. But someone wants at all costs to hear his compositions and to see him conduct again.

The movie competed at the Cannes Film Festival for the Palme D'Or and has picked up Oscar and Golden Globe nominations.

Youth is released 29th January.
