Robbie has teamed up with Smith for the first time in new heist film Focus. And while she enjoyed teamed up with the actor for the first time, the Aussie reveals she had never heard of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Jazzy Jeff.

Speaking to ShortList magazine, Robbie said: "Will is everything you can imagine, and more - but I'd actually never heard of The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air.

"He was... not offended, but maybe a little surprised I didn't know who Jazzy Jeff was. I didn't understand a lot of the references, which of course the crew were all over.

"I said his name wrong, I called him Jazzy Jam or something. Will said, 'Are you serious?' I had no idea what he was talking about. I think he thought I was a lost cause."

Focus sees Robbie back on the big screen for the first time since she made her major breakthrough with The Wolf of Wall Street at the beginning of next year.

The movie sees her team up with directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa for the first time, while Rodrigo Santoro, Gerald McRaney and BD Wong star alongside Smith and Robbie.

Focus is the first of two collaborations between Smith and Robbie, as the pair are set to reunite for comic book movie Suicide Squad - which is set to start filming later this year. The movie will see the pair work with director David Ayer and take on the roles of Deadshot and Harley Quinn.

As for Robbie, she is also set to star in Suite française next month and has enjoyed critical success at the Sundance Film Festival with indie film Z for Zachariah.

She is currently filming Fun House with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Billy Bob Thornton, Martin Freeman, Tina Fey, and Alfred Molina before going on to work on Suicide Squad.

Focus is released 27th February.
