If you are looking for a movie about friendship this September then watch out for Toni Collette and Drew Barrymore as they team up for Miss You Already.

Miss You Already

Miss You Already

Miss You Already sees Barrymore and Collette star as best friends Jess and Milly, whose friendship is put to the test when one of them falls seriously ill.

The movie marks the return of Catherine Hardwicke to the director's chair in what will be her first film since Plush back in 2013.

A brand new trailer for the film has arrived and it promises to be a funny and heartbreaking tale about the power of friendship. Check it out:

Dominic Cooper, Paddy Considine, Tyson Ritter, and Jacqueline Bisset are just some of the names that make up a great cast list alongside Barrymore and Collette.

Miss You Already will be the first time that we have seen Barrymore on the big screen since Blended last year, while Collette has already starred in Grassland in 2015.

When life falls apart, friends keep it together. They say opposites attract. Milly (Collette) is the woman who has everything: a successful career; a rock-star husband and two beautiful children. Her best friend is Jess (Barrymore), she works in a community garden; lives in a boathouse with her boyfriend Jago and desperately wants a baby.

Friends since childhood Jess and Milly can't remember a time they didn't share everything - secrets, clothes, even boyfriends, their differences are the glue that binds them together. That is until Milly is hit with the life changing news that she has breast cancer and needs Jess's support more than ever. As Jess tries to balance her own life as well as being there for Milly it is only a matter of time before the pressure on their bond takes its toll.

Miss You Already is released September 25th.
