Yes, more posters have come our way featuring characters on both sides of the fight. I am a huge X-Men fan and I have been looking forward to this movie for so long - it really looks like it will not disappoint.

Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nichols Hoult, and Evan Peters are all back while Oscar Isaac, Sophie Turner, Alexandra Shipp, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smith-McPhee, Olivia Munn, and Ben Hardy are the big new additions to the cast list.

And they all feature in this terrific new posters. Take a look:

Not only am I excited about the fantastic cast that has been assembled for the film, but I also cannot wait to see Bryan Singer back in the director's chair.

Singer has brought us the best films in the X-Men franchise and this will be his fourth movie in the series; his first since the huge critical and commercial hit of X-Men: Days of Future Past two years ago.

X-Men: Apocalypse is a movie that promises to be even bigger and I can't wait to see what the filmmaker delivers this time around and where he takes the popular and much-loved characters.

Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel's X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign.

As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.

X-Men: Apocalypse is released 18th May.
