Sarah Michelle Gellar says that is the story was right she would be up for a Buffy film.
It has been ten years since Gellar walked away from the hit series Buffy The Vampire Slayer, the show that made her a household name.
And there has been plenty of talk of a film over the years; Gellar admits that she and Joss Whedon had discussed the idea.
Speaking to E! News the actress said: "Joss and I always talk about it. But the thing with Buffy is that Buffy was a movie, and it ultimately didn't work as a film.
"We had such miles to overcome when we were trying to do a TV show based on a movie. And one of the reasons is that the story works better over time."
"If there was ever the right story, we would do it."
Gellar has worked predominately in TV recently with roles in Ringer, All My Children and Robot Chicken.
She is currently filming a new series The Crazy Ones.
