This week, a fantastic new trailer and poster for upcoming movie Smallfoot have been released, showcasing some of the fun we should expect when the film hits the big screen a little later this year. You can check out both of the new teasers below:
Turning the legend of Bigfoot on its head, Smallfoot will see an intelligent young Yeti finally break ground within his own community when he finds something he never thought actually existed – a human!
Calling the strange creature a “smallfoot”, the Yeti finds fame in his discovery, and a chance with the girl of his dreams. Despite all of the good however, the Yeti community is thrown into disarray over what else could be left to discover in the open world. Whether or not they’ll find enough courage to step out of the safety of their snowy village however is a different story altogether.
Channing Tatum voices the Yeti Migo in Smallfoot, with James Corden as the Smallfoot, Percy. Zendaya, Common, LeBron James, Gina Rodriguez, Danny DeVito, Yara Shahidi, Ely Henry, and Jimmy Tatro all also star.
Karey Kirkpatrick serves as director on the film, which is produced by Bonne Radford, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa. Nicholas Stoller, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, Jared Stern, Sergio Pablos, and Kirkpatrick all also serve as executive producers.
Smallfoot comes to cinemas across the UK on October 5, 2018.
