Taylor Kitsch says he would not appear in any Friday Night Lights movie.
Kitsch took on the role of Tim Riggins in the hit TV show, and this week there has been talk of bringing it to the big screen.
Speaking to Vulture the actor said: "I'll just say no. No, period. I'm not doing it," he insisted.
"I'm never gonna be in that movie. There was already a movie! And the show ended f**kin' spot-on. We're good."
Friday Night Lights saw Kitsch team up with Peter Berg for the first time; Berg was the show's producer.
Berg will return to the director's chair in the new year for Lone Survivor, which Kitsch will star in alongside Mark Wahlberg, Ben Foster, Emile Hirsch and Eric Bana.
Kitsch has also completed work on TV film The Normal Heart, and is currently working on Almost Heroes 3D.
