Monsters University

Monsters University

We have already had some terrific animation movies in 2013 but no year is complete without a Pixar film hitting the big screen.

And this summer we will be treated to Monsters University and will see Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan make a triumphant return.

The movie takes us back to the pair's university days were they were not the best of friends.

And we have the fantastic new for you to check out as the release date creeps ever closer:

Billy Crystal and John Goodman brought the character of Mike and Sulley to life back in 2002 in Monsters, Inc. and the comedy dream team are back once more.

But there are some fab additions to the voice cast list as John Krasinski, Charlie Day, Alfred Molina, Nathan Fillion and Oscar winner Helen Mirren are all on board.

Monsters, Inc is my favourite Pixar movie of all time and it is great to see the duo back - hard to believe it has taken over a decade for a second movie to hit the big screen.

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski (Crystal) was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer... and he knows better than anyone that the best scarers come from Monsters University (MU).

But during his first semester at MU, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, 'Sulley' (Goodman), a natural-born Scarer.

The pair’s out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University’s elite Scare Program.

To make matters worse, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right.

Monsters University is the animation movie not to miss this summer and it is set to be the biggest animation movie of the year.
