Never before have we seen two Pixar films out in the same year - The Good Dinosaur is set to follow on from the success of Inside Out - but it looks like we have another animation gem on our hands.
Pixar have a knack of creating wonderful and loveable characters and it looks like Arlo the dinosaur will be the latest one to steal everyone'e heart.

The Good Dinosaur will see Peter Sohn in the director's chair as he directs his first feature film for Pixar. However, Sohn is no stranger to the Pixar world having directed the short film Partly Cloudy back in 2009.
Raymond Ochoa is set to bring the central character of Arlo to life and he is joined on the voice cast list by Jeffrey Wright, Steve Zahn, A.J. Buckley, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliot, and Frances McDormand - Pixar have, once again, brought together a terrific line up of actors.
The Good Dinosaur asks the generations-old question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? The film is a humorous and exciting original story about Arlo, a lively Apatosaurus with a big heart.

The Good Dinosaur is a Pixar movie that I have been looking forward to for some time and it really does look like it is going to be a heartwarming tale. Can't wait to see the rest of the film later this year.
