Adam Driver

Adam Driver

Adam Driver is one of the most in demand actors around having really seen his star rocket thanks to his role as Adam Sackler in TV series Girls.

2014 has already been a great film year for the actor with Tracks and Inside Llewyn Davis under his belt: both movies were big critical hits earlier in 2014.

Driver is back on the big screen this week as he turns his hand to rom-com with What If: the film sees him team up with Daniel Radcliffe, Zoe Kazan & Rafe Spall.

What If gives Driver to show off a different side to himself as an actors, and the movie is set to be the rom-com not to miss this summer.

Driver may already be enjoying big and small screen success, but the next twelve months or so are going to see his star rocket even further.

At this very moment, the actor is on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII as filming on the highly anticipated movie is underway.

The movie will see the actor team up with filmmaker J.J. Abrams for the first time: however, we still don't know what role Driver will be playing in the film.

Driver will be part of the one of the most impressive ensemble casts of 2014, as Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, and Gwendoline Christie are all on board. We are going to have to wait until December 2015 until we finally get to see the film.

Driver has already completed work on While We're Young, while is the latest film from writer/director Noah Baumbach.

The movie will follow a documentary filmmaker and his wife, who learn to loosen up when they meet a laid back younger couple.

Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, and Amanda Seyfried will join Driver on the cast list.

Shawn Levy is another great director that Driver has just finished working with on new comedy This Is Where I Leave You.

This Is Where I Leave You is a comedy ensemble piece and will see Driver star alongside Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Jane Fonda, Rose Byrne & Corey Stoll.

The movie follows four siblings who are forced to live under the same roof when they return home after the death of their father.

And as if all that wasn't enough, Driver has also completed work on Hungry Hearts and Midnight Special.

Driver continues to mix and match his movie roles and he will be moving between comedy, drama, and blockbusters over the next twelve months.

What If is out now.
