Morgan is set to be a September film that's not to be missed and it is promising to be a tense and rather atmospheric watch.

Morgan

I have to admit, Morgan is one of the September movies that I am looking forward to the most as Luke Scott makes his feature film directorial debut with the project.

Scott makes the leap from shorts for the first time and it is exciting to see him follow in the footsteps of his filmmaking father, Ridley Scott.

2016 has already been a hugely successful year for actress Anya Taylor-Joy, who starred in the critically acclaimed The Witch. She takes on the title role of Morgan and you can see her in action in this brand new clip, which sees her character face to face with Paul Giamatti. Take a look:

Scott has assembled an impressive cast list as Taylor-Joy and Giamatti star alongside Kate Mara, Rose Leslie, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Michelle Yeoh, Toby Jones, and Boyd Holbrook.

A corporate troubleshooter (Mara) is sent to a remote, top-secret location, where she is to investigate and evaluate a terrifying accident.

She learns the event was triggered by a seemingly innocent 'human,' who presents a mystery of both infinite promise and incalculable danger.

Morgan is set to mix elements of science fiction, horror, and thriller and it really does look like it is going to be a film that will have you on the edge of your seat.

It also looks like it is going to explore some interesting themes and ideas and I cannot wait to see what Scott delivers.

Morgan is released 2nd September.
