Hello... we are Delicious - a DJ and producer team. We usually play in clubs and events every weekend, but this summer we have almost been touring non-stop at festivals and beach parties as well as the club gigs.
We play all around in Europe, mostly in France, Portugal, Germany and UK, but have also experienced places such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, NY and Miami.
Last weekend we played in Pacha in Portugal… It is just as beautiful as the one in Ibiza but just a little bit smaller. The club has one of the best soundsystems and a really good crowd, one guy came to us in the DJ booth to show us a wristband he had kept on for an entire year from another club we played in that area last year!!
That was such an amazing feeling. We played into the early hours and then had few hours sleep before heading on next day to a club in Switzerland. We began the night playing outside at a big streetparty and then went inside in the club around midnight. We had brought our good friend, singer and MC, Tiger Lily to work the crowd and we ended up having a massive party in the DJ booth.
We enjoy all the traveling very much and always try to stay for a while in new towns or countries; however, we have to get on to the next gig the next day. We always dream of catching some sun when we are somewhere warm, but working as a dj makes you feel like a bat sometimes, playing all night gives you the hopeless dilemma between a suntan and precious sleep.
One New Years Eve we played in Cairo and next morning the 1st of January we got up ridiculously early to go and see the Pyramids and which meant some serious morning hair and under eye bags in every tourist snap from that day.
The biggest event we played this summer was an electronic festival on the island Madeira. We had to play just before the big techno dj legend Carl Cox for more than 10.000 people. It was located under the runway of their airport next to the sea and it was the greatest rush to experience such a crowd react to our own song.
