Scott James Is My New X Factor Favourite

I’m the first to admit that I’m prone to getting a bit teary when I see someone amazing on the X Factor, but never have my tears been as deserved as last night, for the amazing Scott James.

Whilst there was obviously a lot of talent on this weekend’s double bill, we just can’t stop talking about the amazing Scott James, who blew us away with his rendition of You Raise Me Up.

The 22 year old suffers from Aspergers Syndrome and has spent the past seven years not being able to leave the house after developing a fear of people - so for him to stand on the stage in front of thousands of people was an achievement in itself.

The best bit about it was, not only did he conquer his fear of people, but he did in the best way possible… by winning their admiration and proving to himself, that he could conquer his fear.
