Opening the main stage at this year's Wireless Festival, Alexa is riding a wave of success that doesn't look to be crashing at any point in the near future.
She headlined a recent gig at the Islington Academy which saw a fantastic response, and all this from a girl who started out posting covers on YouTube.
Watching her popularity grow online before her signing, she became one of the ten most subscribed to musicians in the history of YouTube in the UK and collated over 44 million views.
Her independence saw her sell 250,000 singles on her own and enter the UK Top 20, but it wasn't long before a Roc Nation executive noticed her and instructed the team to 'go get her'.
Now she's gearing up for single release, and 'So There' will be officially available to download from October 19.
