We're a week into October and there have already been some exciting releases this month, so we've decided to take a look at the weeks ahead and pick the five albums coming out soon that we're super excited about!

JoJo - 'Mad Love.' - Released October 14

It's great to see JoJo's return to the music industry after she ruled the radio waves with 'Leave (Get Out)' over a decade ago. The lead single from this record - 'F**k Apologies' featuring Wiz Khalifa - dropped at the back-end of July and we can't wait to hear what else JoJo has in-store.

Having worked with some big name producers such as Matt Friedman, TJ Routon and MNEK, expectations are high. Hopefully when the LP drops, JoJo can do better than the 104 peak on the UK Singles Chart she got with her lead single.

Gucci Mane - 'Woptober' - Released October 14

Gucci Mane only revealed that he'd be releasing a new album in September, after promoting something called #Woptober via his social media accounts. Now that we know he's readied the follow-up to summer record 'Looking', we can't wait to hear what he's got in store. We're especially excited for his collaborations on the LP with Rick Ross on his track 'Money Machine', after hearing the brilliant collabs he's already showcased alongside Travis Scott on 'Last Time' and Young Dolph on 'Bling Blaww Burr'.

This is the rapper's 10th studio album, and features production from Honorable C.N.O.T.E. alongside Metro Boomin, Zaytoven and more.

Lady Gaga - 'Joanne' - Released October 21

Gaga is back, but not quite as we know her! Releasing lead single 'Perfect Illusion' a little earlier this year, she shocked the world with her new style and sound, but managed to soar straight to the top of iTunes charts across the globe regardless. Now she's dropped the second cut from the record with 'Million Reasons' - a country-infused ballad - and it looks like 'Joanne' is going to be the most versatile and unique LP we've seen from the singer yet.

Stripping back her looks and outfits personally, could this be the most honest and raw collection of songs we get from the singer to-date? We certainly hope so - she may only be 30-years-old, but Gaga has got some incredible stories to tell, and with a voice like hers, it's great to be able to sit back and enjoy them in such a momentous way.

Beck - Title TBA - Released October 21

Back in June, Beck surprised fans with the release of a new single - 'Wow' - and the announcement that he'd be releasing a brand new album later in the year, having worked with Greg Kurstin on production.

Following on from Grammy-Award winning 2014 record 'Morning Phase', the LP will include a whole host of new tracks along with 2015 single 'Dreams' and recent track 'Wow', with the singer citing The Strokes and Talking Heads as inspiration for the direction he's taken this time round. We can't wait to hear the full finished product.

Tove Lo - 'Lady Wood' - Released October 28

With a brilliant title comes Tove Lo's second studio album, scheduled for release later this month via Island Records. Having already released lead single 'Cool Girl', Tove Lo reached number 15 in her home country of Sweden, but didn't do so well on the US Billboard Hot 100, only managing to peak at 84.

Luckily, she has a huge following that should ensure her album does better, and with work on the record produced by the likes of Ilya, The Struts, Joel Little and other big names, there's going to be a lot of people listening to what she has to offer.

Other big album releases this month come from Kings of Leon with 'Walls' (October 14), Two Door Cinema Club with 'Gameshow' (October 14) and the Lazarus Original Cast Recording (October 21), which will include three unreleased David Bowie tracks.
