With the recent S Club 7 reunion at Children in Need towards the end of last year, it's the perfect time to check in with the members of S Club 8 - formally S Club Juniors - some of whom are still good friends and in close contact.

Just what are the members of the band getting up to nowadays? Here's what we found out...

Calvin Goldspink

Moving into the acting world, Calvin played his first movie role as James Middleton in 'William and Kate', which followed on from his role as Oliver Banks in 2007 show Life Is Wild. Hopefully soon he'll be adding to his Disney Channel Kids Award for Best Newcomer in 2003 with some acting gongs. For now though, he has VERY recently released a new music video for his track 'Superman' - an insanely catchy tune! Watch it below.

Jay Perry Asforis

Now working as an actor, Jay Perry toured the UK in 2013 as part of Bill Kenwright-produced musical Save The Last Dance For Me. In 2014 he moved onto Hairspray and via Twitter, he announced that he'd be returning to London's West End for new musical Beautiful - The Carole King Story, which opens in February at the Aldwych Theatre.

Aaron Renfree

As one of the more successful members of the group following his exit from the band, Aaron has gone on to professionally dance for some of the biggest names in the business - including The Saturdays alongside his former female bandmates Rochelle and Frankie! Speaking about coming out as gay last year in a candid chat, Aaron's a slice of hunky pop heaven and is still seemingly living the dream.

Stacey McClean

Now a solo singer, Stacey once competing on The X Factor but didn't manage to make it to the live shows, only being given a small amount of broadcast time when she was shown on television.

Daisy Rebecca Evans

Currently preparing for her wedding, Daisy Evans uses YouTube to let her voice be heard, singing popular tunes such as Rihanna's 'We Found Love', which you can hear below.

Frankie Sandford

Marrying footballer Wayne Bridge, Frankie had her first child with him in October 2013 - a son. Following this, the singer made the announcement that she was going to be appearing as a contestant on 2014's Strictly Come Dancing, and she ended up placing in the top three as runner-up, losing out only to Caroline Flack.

Rochelle Wiseman

As with close friend Frankie, Rochelle joined The Saturdays in 2007 before becoming engaged and then married to former JLS member Marvin Humes. The pair have a young daughter and now regularly co-host alongside one another on This Morning, with Marvin also hosting The Voice with Celebrity Big Brother's Emma Willis.

Hannah Lorraine Richings

Now with partner Phil Blackford, Hannah went on to have two children following her time with the group - something that nearly never happened when she wasn't originally selected to be a part of S Club Juniors. Fortunately, Simon Fuller admitted he didn't want to go ahead with things without Hannah.
