British alt-pop band The Hallows recently released their brilliant single ‘Angel’, showcasing their unique vocals and a slice of what’s now on offer on their highly-anticipated debut album, ‘Of Time And Tides’. Today, Female First can bring readers an exclusive live session from the group; check it out below:

The Hallows isn’t a name that came to the group immediately. In fact, it took listening back to their first single to come up with the title.

Member Joe Rodriguez explains: “I woke up one morning and it suddenly seemed an obvious choice. It’s believed that the four elements – air, fire, earth and water – are known as ‘hallows’, and they feature strongly in the lyrics of our songs, so we all felt the name was a perfect fit.”

With Joe on drums, the band is completed by Dave Pugh on bass and the incredibly talented Sarah Rodriguez on vocals, keys and synth.

Seeing some brilliant success with their record, the trio now hope to build on those foundations and continue to take the world by storm. We can’t wait to watch their journey progress every step of the way.

‘Of Time And Tides’ is available now.
