Miel de Botton's title track from her debut album 'Magnetic' has recently been given the remix treatment by Manhattan Clique, and now sits at the number 9 spot in the UK Club Charts, news that Miel couldn't be more excited about.
She said: "Oh my God, I am ecstatic! Manhattan Clique are so talented and I find it amazing how they have transformed a contemplative ballad into such an energy-infused dance track - truly inspiring."
Showcasing her brilliance and vocal talent as well as her ability as a songwriter as well as a singer, the track is the most tender and heartfelt tune we've ever heard from Miel.
"The song 'Magnetic' is incredibly important to me as it symbolises my heartfelt feelings on how the world works," she explains. "That we can truly attract the life we want if we are open, dare to dream and send out the thoughts and wishes one desires, to then in turn manifest them into our reality."
This autumn will see Miel bring her voice to Soho, when she takes to the stage to perform songs in both French and English with a date at the Jazz Club Soho, Pizza Express in Dean Street on October 19.
She'll also be the supporting act on eight dates of Rhydian Roberts' tour later this year.
