However things took a turn for the worst this week when Solange had harsh words for a TV presenter from a Las Vegas news channel. Solange on air quite pointedly denounced the TV channel and their Anchor woman for asking questions that had in actual fact not been asked.
During a break in the interview it had been asked if Solange would answer questions on Jay Z, her brother in law and when Solange’s team said no it was not an issue. However Solange somehow thought the questions had been asked and began her tirade on air about her family and their accomplishments.
Solange’s verbal assault on the presenter continued until an off camera producer had to intervene and explain that the questions had not been asked on live TV. Solange has since appeared on TV with her big sis to attempt to put right the situation.
Harlem MC Cam’Ron was on the radio yesterday stating that he was definitely making a come back to the music scene after being away since his public battle with 50 Cent early last year.
The Purple Haze rapper literally disappeared as his Dipset Brethren appeared to crumble with fans unsure of what exactly was going on.
Well appearing on Dipset Radio, the station masterminded by Dipset A&R Duke Da God, Cam’Ron announced he will be back in November with the follow up to Killa Season, Crime Pays on SRC.
The album will however not be featuring Juelz Santana or Jim Jones, Cam’s label mates but is expected to boast SRC artist Akon and Styles P.
Rumors hit the net yesterday that platinum selling Lil Wayne had checked into a rehab facility in Florida where the rapper now lives and has been recording.
Representatives are unsure as to where the rumors have come from but assured the media and fans that Wayne who missed a court date in Arizona this week did not miss it because he was in rehab.
The rapper was allegedly advised by his dentist who is currently carrying out dental work on the rapper including various root canals that he shouldn’t fly therefore missing his court date.
His new date to appear in court in Arizona has been changed to October 9th. Wayne is also expected to appear alongside Olympic Champion Michael Phelps on the cult TV show Saturday Night Live in America in mid September.
