Juelz Santana denies Chain Snatching

Dipset rapper Juelz Santana and his publicist have denied any involvement in a robbery that was supposed to have taken place this past weekend.

It was rumored that Santana was robbed of all his jewels while in London performing for money that promoters were owed from a show which Juelz never turned up for back in 2005.

However the Harlem rapper has denied this rumor and when asked why police escorted him from his hotel in the UK capital, Santana explained it was due to the noise he and his entourage were making and nothing to do with his safety like first reported.

Juelz Santana has just recently been released from his contract at Def Jam which had the rappers career on hold due to internal issues with fellow label mate Cam’Ron.

Ne Yo gets paid fro being dumped

R&B singing sensation Ne Yo picked up a check for $700,000 after winning a judgment against a Georgia based promotion company for breach of contract.

The lawsuit filed by Ne Yo and his management company came after the Closer singer was kicked off the Double Up Tour on which he appeared along side Chicago singer R Kelly.

Apparently the reason for Ne Yo being asked to leave the tour was because R Kelly felt he was being outshined by the Def Jam artist. Rowe entertainment failed to respond to the judgment brought against them in an LA court and the Judge then ruled in the favor of Ne Yo.

Snoop is finally heading down under

Rapper Snoop Dog has faced countless issues with immigration in Australia and has been denied entry to the country on various occasions being deemed not the sort of person the country want to be seen endorsing.

Snoop was supposed to host the Australian MTV Awards last year but conflict with immigration officials prevented him from being issued with a visa and appearing on the show.

However it was announced this week that a thorough check on Snoops ‘character’ has worked in the rappers favor and he will be allowed into the country to perform alongside Ice Cube and Bones, Thugs and Harmony when they tour Australia and New Zealand later this year.

Dates for the concerts are listed below;

October 27, Wellington, TSB Arena

October 29, Brisbane, Entertainment Centre

October 31, Sydney, Acer Arena

November 2, Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena

November 5, Adelaide, Entertainment Centre

November 7, Perth, Burswood Dom

Ludacris preps October release

Luda who first got his acting debut in The Wash back in 2001 will be starring along side Mark Wahlberg in the movie Max Payne set to hit screens on October 17th and again Luda will be present in movie theatres in RocknRolla which premieres on October 31st.

His album Theatre of the Mind which hits stores on October 21st sees the rapper link with TI, Chris Brown, Kanye West, The Game and Lil Wayne.
