The Killers Settle Legal Dispute

The Killers have settled a legal battle with former manager Braden Merrick over a contract dispute.

Merrick sued the band for breach of contract and wrongful termination after dissolving their relationship in 2006; the band countersued claiming Merrick’s mismanagement had cost them millions.

The two parties dismissed their claims upon reaching a confidential settlement with each other last week.

A statement from the Human hitmakers reads, "The Killers are pleased that the matter has been resolved and thank Braden Merrick for his contributions."
