Hello there little monster, what are you up to?
Well, I’ve got a day off from my regional tour…actually technically I don’t because Im doing this interview… which actually is work, Doh!
So, tell me a bout about what you’re here to promote?
Me, me, me (I’m not self obsessed, promise!) And obviously my music my single ‘My baby left me’ is out Monday 15th March!
And if we didn’t have any clue as to who you were, what should we be looking up on Google?
Half Persian, half Jamaican… That should do the trick!
And as Jacko had the Moonwalk and Elvis had the snake hips, what do you have that makes you unique?
I do a mean boogle and butterfly on my reggae numbers! I also do really weird expressions with my face when I’m singing…
Now, clearly we need to get to know each other more, so tell me an interesting fact about you that noone else knows?
When I was born I had a REALLY flat head… to the point my dad asked the nurse, ‘What’s wrong with her?’ Thankfully it rounded off as I grew up… PHEW!
What song do you wish you’d written?
That’s a toughy… Maybe ‘Tiny Dancer’ by Elton… That song gets me every time.
If I was contemplating coming to your show or sitting at home and TV, how would you convince me to come out?
Kidnap you from your house and put you into the boot of a car. I’d then drive you to the venue I was playing at and chain you to a seat in the audience… something like that anyway.
And if you were to take me on a trip to your hometown, what would be the first place we’d go?
The first thing we’d do, is get a bus to Brixton! There isn’t much happening on Norbury high street unfortunately! But once we were in Brixton I’d take you to the best pizza joint in town… Franco Manco yummmmm
What’s the best prank you’ve ever pulled on someone?
I told my mum I had I failed my GCSE’s over the phone… we’d been waiting for the letter for a while, but it got lost in the post for about a week I think. Anyway she was getting more worked up about it then I was! She sounded devastated on the phone, but that soon turned into a triumphant, high-pitched scream, when I told her it was a lie, and I did pretty well! Ha what a meany!
And what’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done? Please tell us how it ended up!
I dunno… I’m a pretty safe person to be honest. Maybe sleeping in a locked car park in Croydon about midnight with my friends when I was like 15, because we had nowhere to stay. Don’t ask me why, to be honest that wasn’t daring… that was plain stupidness!
If you had to date a member of the same sex (or opposite sex if the case may be) who would it be? Mine would ALWAYS be Angelina Jolie.
I think Frida kahlo… that’s if I was allowed to wake her from the dead. But if that wasn’t possible then it’d be Lisa Bonett… ‘she pwetty’
Have you ever been naked in public? Elaborate.
No… and I never will be thankyou!
Have you ever been arrested? Again, elaborate.
Nope again.
Speaking of prison - if you were to send someone to prison for crimes against music, who would it be?
Jedward… I’d give them life.
What were you doing last night at 11?
Traveling back to my hotel, for some much needed sleep, from a gig… ROCK ‘N’ROLL! ha
