Singer Amy Winehouse is ready to have kids, her new husband Blake Fielder-Civil her are trying to concieve according to her father Mitch.And taxi driver Mitch is desperate to be a granddad.He says, "(Amy and Blake) are thinking of having children soon. She is all caught up in her career at the moment but she often talks about wanting a baby.You just never know what she's going to do next. Amy will probably want to carry on writing and singing so I've told her I would help out with a baby."Her mum Janis and me can fight over who looks after him or her! I wouldn't want Amy to have a nanny, we'll giver her all the help she needs".Winehouse's Dad has also denied the couple are having any marriage troubles' hitting out at reports of a rift with the singer's new husband Blake Fielder-Civil.The soul singer/songwriter's dad insists he is pals with his new son-in-law and reports of public fights between the newlyweds are untrue.He says, "(Blake is) the perfect son-in-law. Blake is a traditional man. He asked me one night if I would mind if he asked Amy to marry him. I told him I didn't mind at all and to go for it. I liked him for what he did. It showed respect towards me and Amy.

"He's been very good to her and I was happy to welcome him into the family.

Any loves him and that's what's important. I've never seen her as happy as she is at the moment. All this stuff about her and Blake arguing and not getting on is a load of rubbish".
