Amy Winehouse is planning to perform a special duet tonight (27.06.08).The 'Rehab' singer is due to play the Nelson Mandela birthday concert in London this evening and will reportedly be joined on stage by The Specials singer Jerry Dammers.Amy and Jerry will perform his band's hit song 'Free Nelson Mandela' - a track the frontman penned in 1984 to campaign for the release of the former South African president. Jerry was instrumental in the organization of the statesman's 70th birthday concert celebration in 1988.The concert will mark Amy's first public appearance since her hospitalisation almost two weeks ago.She has been treated for scarring on her lungs and will be accompanied to the concert by a team of medics.Other performers at the concert - hosted by Will Smith - include Leona Lewis, Queen & Paul Rodgers, Annie Lennox, The Sugababes, Simple Minds and Razorlight.
