Fielder-Civil Wants Divorce From Winehouse

Amy Winehouse's incarcerated husband has launched divorce proceedings after seeing photos of her frolicking with another man in the Caribbean, according to a new report.

Blake Fielder-Civil, jailed for causing actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice, has reportedly instructed lawyers to file an official bid to end the couple's 20-month marriage. The Rehab hitmaker travelled to the paradise island of St Lucia in Dece mber (08) and has been snapped by paparazzi cuddling up to former rugby p layer Joshua Bowman.

Winehouse has even admitted to sleeping with Bowman in a new interview with Britain's News of the World. And Fielder-Civil, who married the singer in Miami, Florida in 2007, is said to be furious over his spouse's alleged infidelity.

He is reportedly set to battle for $7.6 million (£3.5 million) - half of the star's entire $15 million (£10 million) fortune - despite declaring in November (08) he wouldn't "take a single penny off her" if they divorced.

His lawyer Henri Brandman tells the News of the World, "I can confirm t hat I have been instructed to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy's adultery".

Winehouse has opened up about her troubled marriage, telling the same publication she is enjoying her time with Bowman so much she has "forgotten" about her marriage to Fielder-Civil.

She says, "We just had sex... can't you tell?... Blake was rubbish in bed. Do you know what? Almost every time I slept with him it was like I was dead. "I don't know what's going on with us now and for the t ime being I've just forgotten I'm even married. "I'm just here on my own, happy and having a good time with Josh. I'll deal with Blake when I get back. But our whole marriage was based on doing drugs. "So being with someone like Josh is much better for me".
