Ashlee Simpson's Possible Marriage Recovery

Ashlee Simpson and husband Pete Wentz appear to be attempting to fix their troubled marriage, according to new photos of the couple.

The pair was snapped laughing and holding hands as they left a Starbucks coffee shop in Los Angeles with their son Bronx on Thursday morning (March 31st).

The breakfast meeting comes after Fall Out Boy star Wentz reportedly met with Ashlee's sister Jessica to talk about his split from his wife of three years.

Ashlee filed for divorce on February 9th.

The couple was spotted together on Valentine's Day and again in March, but sources told X17.com Wentz and Simpson were keeping their relationship strictly platonic.

The new family photos, published by the website, seem to suggest they're happy and in love again.

Simpson tweeted on Thursday: "Had a perfect 2 days with my best friend," perhaps suggesting she's having a good time with her husband.
