Beyonce gave a very special shout-out to two high-profile guests in attendance at her Washington, D.C. concert on Wednesday (24Jun09) - U.S. President Barack Obama's daughters Sasha and Malia.

tour stop in Washington, D.C. - and the girls were picked out from the crowd as Beyonce launched into her smash hit, Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).

This is for Sasha and Malia - and all my single ladies!

Dedicating the song to eight-year-old Sasha and 10-year-old Malia, she told the crowd, "This is for Sasha and Malia - and all my single ladies!"

Beyonce was a staunch Obama supporter in the run up to the U.S. elections last November (08) and she performed Etta James classic At Last at thepolitician's inauguration ceremony in January (09) - a track she also sang during her D.C. gig.

The rendition must have brought back great memories for Michelle Obama - her first dance as America's new First Lady came during the song.
