Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has blasted rumours the singer has dumped him, insisting the couple will be together forever.
Fielder-Civil Left Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk, England this month (04Nov08) after serving almost a year behind bars in relation to an attack on a pub landlord.
He is said to have failed to tell the Back to Black hitmaker of his release - and reports surfaced that she was considering seeking a divorce.
But Fielder-Civil is quick to quash them, declaring: "We are not breaking up.
We have spoken on the phone and I'm expecting a visit from her at any time now. We can't wait to be back together again.
She hasn't dumped me. We both love each other very much and will be together forever."
And he is expecting a visit from his wife in the near future, reports Britain's Daily Mail online.
Fielder-Civil continues, "We have spoken on the phone and I'm expecting a visit from her at any time now. We can't wait to be back together again."
Winehouse's mother Janis waded into the pair's problems earlier this week (beg10Nov08) - but Fielder-Civil is keen to reassure his mother-in-law he has cleaned up his act.
He adds, "I'm over the worst of it. I won't be going back to that lifestyle.
After being in prison the only drug I need is the smell of free air - that and my beautiful wife Amy.".
