Winehouse's Dad to Sue Fielder-Civil's Mother?

The father of Amy Winehouse is threatening to sue the mother of her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil, claiming she has waged an 18-month hate campaign against him.

The former couple is currently going through divorce proceedings and last week the Rehab singer's mother-in-law Georgette Civil blasted Winehouse's alleged affairs and her father's controlling ways.

She was screaming, 'If I had a knife I'd stab you', it was terrifying. She's like a stalker trying to make our lives hell. She's blaming my daughter for her son's failings and she's out to destroy AmyMitch Winehouse

Winehouse's father Mitch has now hit back, alleging Civil has bombardedhim with text messages and threatened to stab him.

He says, "She was screaming, 'If I had a knife I'd stab you', it was terrifying. She's like a stalker trying to make our lives hell. She's blaming my daughter for her son's failings and she's out to destroy Amy".

The London taxi driver also claims he phoned police after receiving a threatening letter.

According to British tabloid The People, police have confirmed they later gave Georgette Civil an official warning.
