Bo Diddley In Stable Condition After Heart Attack....

Bo Diddley is in a stable condition after suffering a heart attack on Friday (24Aug07).The singer/songwriter was undergoing a hospital check-up following a stroke he suffered in May (07) when his heart gave up in Gainesville's North Florida Regional Medical Center.

Diddley, 78, underwent immediate surgery so doctors could improve blood flow to his heart via a stent. He was then transferred to the hospital's intensive care unit, where he has been recovering ever since.
