Bobby Brown is planning to wed again after confirming he and manager/girlfriend Alicia Etheredge are an item.Brown was with Etheredge when he reportedly suffered a minor heart attack last year - but it has taken him almost a year to confirm the romance.Now he tells Sister 2 Sister magazine he's mad about Etheredge.
