Bon Jovi Nj Song Donation Stalled.American rockers BON JOVI's song donation to New Jersey tourism officials has stalled, because the band's publishers is demanding $175,000 (£97,000) for the rights.Frontman JON BON JOVI and guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA gave the tourism board permission to use their new single WHO SAYS YOU CAN'T GO HOME in a new TV advertisement for the US' Garden State.However, the song's publisher is demanding a fee for the song, meaning New Jersey may not be able to afford to use the track.A source close to the band tells the New York Daily News, "That's not a lot of money. Coke pays millions to use a song in a commercial. People should get paid for what they write. Jon and Richie are good Jersey boys.
