Latest: Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi has been told he'll have to wait until after the summer (08) to contact the pop star again.A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Lutfi to stay out of Spears' life for at least another two-and-a-half months during a hearing on Wednesday (16Apr08).The restraining order that was enforced against Lutfi by Spears' parents in February (08) was extended to 31 July (08).

Before the hearing, Lutfi revealed he would not fight the court's decision.Meanwhile in related news Spears' ex-manager Sam Lutfi has plunged any hopes of a reconciliation with the star into jeopardy - after reportedly refusing to fight his restraining order in court.Lutfi was ordered to keep away from his former charge by the pop superstar's parents Jamie and Lynne Spears in February (08), when Spears' father took control of her legal and financial affairs.Last month (Mar08), Lutfi filed papers objecting to the Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner assigned to the star's conservatorship case - asking for a judge to oversee the matter instead.
