Tweedy Embarrassed By Footballers' Wives...Girls Aloud star CHERYL TWEEDY has no time for footballers' wives apart from VICTORIA BECKHAM, because she is the only partner of an England soccer star to have "ambition".

Tweedy, who is engaged to England player ASHLEY COLE, hates the press attention the England team's wives and girlfriends (WAGs) have received during the FIFA World Cup in Germany because she finds the rest of the women's flash lifestyles superficial and "embarrassing".The 23-year-old spent her time supporting her fiance in Germany with the former SPICE GIRL - away from the other wives and girlfriends. The SOUND OF THE UNDERGROUND singer says, "I love Victoria. She's just so witty and down to earth. She's from a girl band and she's not a typical footballer's wife. She's very ambitious so we have a lot in common."The first time I went to an England match to watch Ashley was just so embarrassing. All the other girls were really glammed up, then I walked in with chipped nail polish and wearing a jumper I looked terrible."But Victoria was so welcoming. She wasn't intimidating or starry at all. We had a right laugh together".
