Cheryl Cole’s marriage has been hanging by a thread for the last week, but as more infidelity came to light over the past few days, Cheryl has finally had enough and endd her marriage to love rat Ashley Cole.

Ironically, as this whole thing began with filthy texts from Ashley Cole to a topless model, Cheryl told her man it was over by text, saying; "Move out. It's over" after  yet another affair was exposed on Saturday.

The Chelsea player, 29 has been accused of cheating on his popstar wife by FIVE women now, and his heartbroken wife put and end to his frivolity by sending him a very angry text from Los Angeles early yesterday.

The final straw for their marriage came when reports emerged that Ashley has cheated on her with American government worker Ann Corbitt, 28, whilst he was on a US tour with Chelsea last July.

This latest news comes after the revelation that Ashley also sent raunchy snaps of himself to glamour girl Sonia Wild, 28, slept with blonde football club secretary Vicki Gough at a Chelsea team hotel and even bedded Alexandra Taylor, 27, during the early stages of his relationship with Cheryl.

Although she is currently filming her latest music video in LA, she will return to the UK later this week to officially announce the split to the world, and rumour has it that a draft statement on the divorce has already been drawn up.

A close friend of Cheryl told The Sun;  "Cheryl has decided enough is enough and she is going to divorce him. She has told Ashley to get out of the family home because she does not wish to see him. She has no desire to hear any more excuses or explanations.

“Grand gestures will not help either. When she left for America last week she wasn't exactly sure of her future. She was wounded and embarrassed by the latest round of reports about Ashley's cheating, but she had to put on a smile for the Brits. As soon as they were over, she just wanted to get away, but she was extremely upset and started making plans for divorce then.”

What’s more, she has decided she wants him out of the martial home and doesn’t want to see him when she get’s back from LA; "Cheryl wants to stay in the marital home and feels he should be the one to move out, the time for any more excuses or promises is over. She wants to have put a statement out by the end of the week so she can start moving on. She has no desire to humiliate Ashley further and wishes to proceed in a dignified manner."
