Cole Slams Marriage Split Rumours

Girls ALOUD star Cheryl Cole has taken to the internet to silence rumoursher marriage is in trouble - by posting a picture of herself wearing herwedding ring online.

The singer, who is a judge on British TV talent show The X Factor, wed soccer star Ashley Cole in a lavish ceremony in 2006, but last year (08) their relationship was rocked by allegations the sportsman had a fling onan alcohol-fuelled night out with his teammates.

They have since put on a united front, but rumours of a split were fuelled recently when the couple was spotted arguing at a charity event.

3 Words. Diamonds Are Forever

The singer was subsequently seen appearing on The X Factor without her wedding ring.

But the star has moved to dismiss speculation about the union with a telling post on her Twitter.com blog page - she has posted a picture of herself holding her left hand up to the camera, complete with her sparkling diamond band.

The post reads, "3 Words. Diamonds Are Forever".
