Courtney Love Issued A Restraining Order From Daughter

Courtney Love looks like one lady who won’t be looking forward to a loving, family Christmas after reports have emerged that she has been issued with a restraining order banning her from contacting her daughter Frances Bean.

The mother and daughter have always had a bit of a rocky relationship, but this week, Frances packed her bags and went to live with her late father‘s (Kurt Cobain) mum Wendy and sister Kimberly.

As if that wasn’t bad enough news for the former Hole singer, now the authorities have ruled that Courts must not attempt to contact her daughter.

Apparently, Kurt Cobain's uncle Charles, has also admitted that the family have been fighting to gain custody of Frances for years, and has said; "Courtney is not fit to take care of Frances, she can barely take care of herself. Courtney wasn't doing any parenting at all, she was hiring nannies to do all of the work.” according to Heatworld.

So, as we cuddle up with our loved ones this Christmas, do any of you feel a little bit sorry for Ms Love?
