Dannii Minogue Gets Up Close To Snake

Dannii Minogue had a hair-raising moment on Australia's Got Talent when she grappled with a giant snake.
 
The Aussie star was filming an episode of the talent show to be broadcast on Wednesday (04Apr11) when a contestant produced the creepy grey-and-black reptile as part of his act.
 
Nature-loving Minogue couldn't wait to get up close to the snake - and she was so proud of the moment, she posted a photograph online showing her smiling and cautiously holding the creature aloft.
 
In a message on Twitter.com to accompany the image, she writes, "A close encounter of the slithery kind!!!"
 
It's not the first time Minogue has worked with the reptiles - in the music video for her 2006 hit So Under Pressure, she was seen writhing with a white python.
