Minogue, the younger sister of superstar Kylie Minogue, met Rick Parfitt Jr at a friend's birthday party earlier this year (06) and the pair have reportedly been inseparable ever since. A source tells British newspaper the News Of The World, "They're on the phone all the time and they've been out on lots of dates.
