Criss Missed High School Prom

Actor/singer Darren Criss missed his high school prom after his parents grounded him for sneaking out to the movies.

The 24-year-old Glee star pushed his parents' patience as a teenager byleaving the house without permission one night, and as a result, they stopped him from attending his end-of-school party.

He tells Details magazine, "I climbed out the window to go to a movie. When I got home, my mom was asleep in my bed. My parents were groovy, but they wanted me to learn that there were consequences and I couldn't talk my way out of everything.

"I felt like I was doing a drug deal or something. The worst thing I'd ever done in my life was eat ice cream in the living room after eight".
