Dre Dre sues pal over outstanding debt

Dr Dre is suing his former pal and author Bruce Williams over an unpaid loan.The hip-hop icon, real name Andre Young, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, claiming he once loaned Williams - the author of Dre biography Rollin' With Dre - $101,377.85 (£64,985).Dre alleges he's yet to receive the money back - and is demanding repayment in the legal papers. El DeBarge has been jailed for two years after violating his probation with a drug bust.The star, real name Eldra Patrick DeBarge, was arrested earlier this month when he was allegedly found with crack cocaine in his possession.A Los Angeles judge ruled on Tuesday that the incident broke the terms of DeBarge's probation from a previous drug case in 2007.The 47-year-old Who's Johnny star was taken straight to California State Prison following the court hearing to begin his sentence.
