Graphic Elvis to be released in December.
Elvis Presley has become the latest star to be turned into a comic book character.
The legendary singer will be immortalised in Graphic Elvis, a limited edition comic created by Liquid Comics and Elvis Presley Enterprises to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the star's death.
Sharad Devarajan, the co-founder of Liquid Comics, says, "Comics influenced so much of his life."
A number of Presley's handwritten notes, rarely seen by the public, will be included in the cartoon creation.
The new project is particularly appropriate as the Hound Dog hitmaker had a longtime fascination with comic books - he once told fans at a convention, "When I was a child, I was a dreamer. I read comic books and I was the hero of the comic book. So every dream I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times."
Graphic Elvis is set to hit shelves in December.
