A copy of Elvis Presley's will, which was discovered in a trash can, is expected to fetch up to $1,500 (£1,000) when it goes under the hammer this weekend (13Nov10).
A law firm employee kept the document after finding it in an office garbage bin during a clear-out in 1987, a decade after the Jailhouse Rock hitmaker died.
The will gives a fascinating insight into the privates wishes of the king of rock 'n' roll.
The paperwork will be auctioned off alongside a lock of Presley's hair and a scarf once worn by the singer at the Henry Aldridge & Son sale in Wiltshire, England on Saturday (13Nov10).
Auctioneer Andrew Aldridge says, "The will gives a fascinating insight into the privates wishes of the king of rock 'n' roll."
