The 2010 release Recovery hit the one million mark on Tuesday, almost a week after his latest release, Hell: The Sequel, hit number one on the US album charts.

In a statement his manager Paul Rosenbery says: "Over the years we've made a concerted effort to engage Em's online fanbase, so this achievement is especially rewarding."
